1. Company Information
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and electronic services provided by:

2. Scope of Services

  1. The website is intended for:

    • presenting AI, LLM and decision-support services,

    • enabling business contact and demo requests,

    • providing informational and marketing content.

  2. Services provided via the website are free of charge until a separate commercial agreement is concluded.

  3. The Service Provider does not offer:

    • financial services,

    • gambling services,

    • legal, tax or investment advice.

3. AI / LLM-Specific Disclaimer

  1. Services may use artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), machine learning models and automated decision-support systems.

  2. AI-generated outputs:

    • are probabilistic in nature,

    • may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information,

    • are provided as decision support only, not as binding recommendations.

  3. The Service Provider:

    • does not guarantee prediction accuracy,

    • does not guarantee business, financial or operational results,

    • does not assume responsibility for decisions made solely on AI outputs.

  4. Explainability mechanisms may be provided where technically feasible; however, full transparency of model internals is not guaranteed.


     

4. Technical Requirements
To use the website properly, the User must have:

  • internet access,

  • a modern web browser,

  • a valid email address.

5. User Obligations
Users agree to:

  • use the website lawfully and ethically,

  • refrain from introducing unlawful content,

  • not interfere with the website’s technical infrastructure.

6. Liability Limitation

  1. All content is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

  2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

    • indirect or consequential damages,

    • loss of profits or business opportunities,

    • decisions made based on demo or AI-generated outputs.

8. Complaints
Complaints regarding website operation may be submitted electronically.
They will be processed within 14 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office.
